Glen Oaks Quick House Rules
(per the friendly maintenance crew)
SMOKING - Please enjoy the fresh air. All Somni apartments are SMOKE FREE.
VEHICLES - Two working vehicles are allowed on the property, sorry trailers and non-operable vehicles are not allowed to be kept on the property.
TRUCKS - Please be sure to not back truck bed and hitches over the sidewalk with parking so others don’t hurt their ankles and maintenance can easily clear snow from sidewalks.
QUIET HOURS - Please note that quiet hours are after 9pm.
PETS - Please be sure to check with us before bringing a pet so that we can help you get approved with the community you are staying at (certain breed restrictions and pet fees apply).
FITNESS ROOM - Feel free to use the fitness room anytime! You should have a fitness room fob on your keyring to enter. If you don’t have one, we’re happy to bring you one.
POOL - Please enjoy the pool! We will provide you with a pool key.
GRILLS - Gas grills are allowed on patios, sorry charcoal grills are prohibited by the Sioux City fire marshal.
SNOW REMOVAL - Please follow any instructions posted on the entrances to the building regarding snow removal.
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS - Always always feel free to message us if you find any leaks or maintenance items that need to be repaired. We appreciate guests that alert us to any issues so we can do our best to keep each apartment in great condition. 712-882-7900 After-hours Emergency#: 800-925-9491
